Fresh Fruit Tart:
 Our scratch-baked shortbread with a thin layer of ganache and a Bavarian cream filling. Generously topped with a seasonal mix of fresh berries and orchard fruits, this dessert fits well at picnics, business meetings and formal dinners.
Bourbon-Pecan Tart:
 A classic southern pecan filling made with Woodford Reserve straight bourbon whisky. Available with or without bittersweet chocolate topping.
Frangipane Tart:
 Buttery shortbread crust filled with a sweet almond paste and topped with toasted almond and fresh fruit. This dessert is one of our favorites and a hit with guests that don't like chocolate.
Banana Cream Tart: Layers of bittersweet chocolate, bananas, vanilla pastry cream and fresh whipped cream over a flaky shortbread crust. Simple perfection! Also available in Coconut Cream.
